Chocolate? who does not like chocolate? i think everyone like chocolate until Malaysian is one of the highest of obesity.chocolate is made from plant meaning that it has many benefits of dark chocolate. Chocolate is good for our health. it can improve our mood, decrease blood preassure for individual who suffer for high blodd pressure, can lower enxiety, can reduce pain and so on.Chocolate is made up of cocoa seed and have same benefits as vegetables. Chocolate contains flavonoids, antioxidants and free radical damage that can suppport our body from get any disease.

WHY CHOOSE THIS ARTICLE.
i choose this article because i think that not many people knows about the benefits of dark chocolate. They only know to eat milk chocolate because it is tasty. other than that, people most eat milk chocolate much than dark chocolate. Chocolate have many benefits to our body. It is good for our health.

SYNOPSIS
This article tells us about the benefits of dark chocolate and what dark chocolate is made up from. Dark chocolate have many benefits to us such us lower blood pressure , reducing pain and so on. Dark chocolate have its on content and each content have their own benefits ti our body.

OPINION
After had read all this about chocolate and i really agree that dark chocolate have benefits to our body. When i was in bad mood, i eat chocolate and suddenly i feel happy after eat the chocolate.

CONCLUSION
In order to have a good healthy, we have try to eat dark chocolate even it is bitter as people says bitter is the medicine. Actually dark chocolate is more tasty than milk chocolate and other chocolate. But remember, not all chocolate has benefit. You only can get all this benefits in dark chocolate only. Other chocolate can make us obesity if we take it too much. So start from now, try to eat dark chocolate and you will start to get alll this benefits.

MOVIE REVIEW OF "ZOMBIELAND"

INTRODUCTION
Two months after a mutated strain of has turned most humans into zombies, college student is on his way to columbus to see if his parents are still alive. He loses his car in an accident and encounters "Tallahassee" who is on a quest to find the last twinkies on Earth. They travel together and when they stop at a grocery store, they meet two sisters, "Wichita"and "Little Rock". The sisters con them into handing over their weapons and steal their vehicle. Later, the two men find another truck loaded with weapons, but when they meet the girls again, the girls attempt once more to steal their truck. 

The group decides to travel to "Pacific Playland", which is rumored to be zombie-free. Columbus disagrees at first, but when Wichita informs him that his hometown has been destroyed, he decides to stay with the group, having nowhere else to go. Tallahassee and Wichita meet Murray himself, uninfected but disguised as a zombie so that he can walk safely among the infected and play golf without being bothered. When Murray attempts to scare Columbus and Little Rock as a practical joke, Columbus shoots and kills him, believing him to be a real zombie. Later, Columbus realizes Tallahassee has been grieving for his young son, lost to the zombies, rather than his dog as he had earlier led Columbus to believe. Wichita begins developing feelings for Columbus, and the two nearly kiss; fearing attachment, she leaves with Little Rock for Pacific Playland. Columbus decides to go after Wichita, and he and Tallahassee, who initially refuses, pursue the sisters in one of Murray's vehicles.

Wichita and Little Rock arrive at Pacific Playland and turn on all the rides and lights, attracting nearby zombies. A battle ensues, leaving the sisters trapped on a drop tower rider and running low on ammunition. Tallahassee and Columbus arrive just as the sisters' ammunition is depleted. Tallahassee manages to lure the majority away, then intentionally locks himself in a game booth while Columbus goes after the sisters. Columbus saves the girls and, in thanks, Wichita reveals her real name to him, Krista. The two then share their first kiss. Tallahassee eliminates the remaining zombies single-handedly and finally gets a Twinkie that Little Rock had acquired. As the four leave the park, Columbus realizes that he has a real family at last.

CHARACTER THAT I LIKE AND WHY

i like student of columbus because he is so brave to break the rules of not to be hero because he had to save  his fren,wicitha and little rock whose had been trapped wiyh the zombies. then, he become a hero of the two girl.
MORAL VALUES
1.dont be so gready like wicitha and little rock.
2.dont be fooled by new beings known.
OPINION
I like this story. This story is creepy and funny comedy. some of the ridiculous when the Zombies remove and eat human innards.it also eat human blood. it was very humorous and disgusting.but the story is  interesting and can be viewed by all generations. told that the zombies are human incarnations, and it exists in the world. zombies are attracted to light and sound
CONCLUSION
this movie told that allzombies has its own rules. we have to follow all the rules in order to save our life. but sometimes we had to break the rules to save our and friends live. other than that, this movie thought us to be more diciplinced in something we do and manage our time because he has rules in his life and he must folloew the rules.

MOVIE REVIEW OF "500 DAYS OF SUMMER"

INTRODUCTION:

500 days of summer is about love. It showed when tom had fallen in love with summer, a girl who work on same place with him. They had been spend their time together. But after he went to a engaged funcion of their friend, he saw that Summer wear a ring and since that incident, he knew that Summer acctually had a boyfriend. Summer did not get what she want from Tom and that is the reason why she find another boy. He was really frustrated and feel that Summer just fooling him around. After that, he had found another girl, authum and they had been together.

MORAL VALUES:

-we have to sincere in our relationship to make sure that our relation will be longer.

-we cannot really hope that we can get what we expect.

-we have to be strong to face all the challengers in our life.

-we should not to hurt each other feeling.

-We have to be professional on what we do.

CHARACTER THAT I LIKE MOST

-i like toms because he is very tough and patient even Summer had hurt his feeling. Besides that, he is very gentle and romantic man. After he had been hurt, he tried to continue his life even its is very hard for him to accept what Summer had done to him. And lastly he found another girl which is better than Summer.

OPINION ABOUT THE MOVIE:
It is a interisting movie but the plots is not orderly arranged and that will cause trouble to a audience bacause they did not understand the story. It will make the massage of the story difficult to be deliverd to the audience.

CONCLUSION:

It is a love story and had a touching ending but the ending is a little bit incomplete because the ending is like not finished. But the movie had give me a lesson about love.that’s all from me.

essay-The Power Of Time

Time? what do you think about time? For me, time is priceless yet useful. we cannot turn the time back. Past is past and who knows that time is the only one which will create our future due to our own willing. Time did not for us but we have to find it. If we are able to manage our time wisely, then we will appreciate it. But for someone who does not appreciate the time, will ignore the power of time.

Sometimes, people will become crazy about time because they think that they dont have enough time to do many works because they dont manage their time wisely. Thus, they feel that time is very short and they become crazy to make sure all the work must be done in the time. So, we have to manage our time. If we manage our time wisely, we will feel that time is very long and we can do many things and work in every second and finish all the work  in time. To manage our time, we must plan and make time table for what we want to do. If we have the planning, we can do the work according to the time table. This indirectly proven that we are appreciating the seconds and therefore avoiding us from any wasteful activities.

If we do not manage our time, as i said above, we will lost the power of time. We will live in a messy life. For example, everything must done in valid time, but we do not know what we want to do first because we do not have any time table and we do not plan your time. At last we do nothing because we do not manage our time wisely. Other than that, we will spend our time with things that not give us any advantages. They will enjoy their life until they forgot to do things that we have to do first. We have to be smart to spent our time on study, pray, playing and so on. So, start from now, at least we have to plan our  time as people say our future is what our planned.

For the conclusion, we have to appreciate the time because as people says that time is gold and we cannot buy the time. Every seconds, every minutes and every hours are very useful. If we lost only a second, we cannot get back the time. All thing happened in this world only a second. We did not know what is in the future, only time will decide. So. If the time is in our hands, use the time wisely to change our life to a better  life because yesterday will become a history and tomorrow will become our future. So we have to decide and determine what is the best for us life because time is only the middle for us to achive our dream.

REFLECTION ABOUT THE ARTICLE
This article had taught me that death come not late or fast even one second. This article is about my nephew which died in an accident at Jalan Gua Musang Kelantan. He with his wife. His wife had an serious injuried. I were very shocked when got the news. Everyone had touched about his death. at first, we cannot accept this because he gone very fast. But now we try our best to accepr this slowly. We still feel that he still alive. We were very closed. The person that which really sad about this news of course his wife. They dont have any kids after had married for about 3 years because his wife had an diabetis. From this article, it really made me realize about death. We can died any time and it did nit care about age whether you young or old. My nephew 39 years old only and he died in young age. So,the conclusion is we have to ready from now with our deed to face the moment of death because we did not know when we died. Last but not least the conclusion is we have to appreciate people when they are still alive because when they are die, then we are realize that they are very important to us but it meaningless when we raelize when they already died.
